Emden Biorefinery
The Emden biodiesel production facility is located in Emden, Germany. It can produce up to 27 million gallons of high-quality biodiesel each year and started operations in 2008. Emden is an ideal location for exporting biodiesel to countries in the European
Union and the United States because of its direct access to the North Sea and the European inland waterways network.
