Inclusion and Diversity

Inclusion and Diversity at Chevron Renewable Energy Group is an employee-led, action-oriented initiative with a focus on inclusion, which embodies our organizational values of Safety, Integrity, Humanity and Driving Results.

The initiative consists of five working groups with more than 90 team members and full support from the Senior Leadership Team:

  • Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) Resource Group
  • Pride Resource Group
  • Veterans' Resource Group
  • Women's Resource Group
  • Inclusion and Diversity Council

Two main areas of emphasis are engagement with the communities where we are located, and learning – which includes opportunities for both personal and professional development.

The Inclusion and Diversity initiative teams collaborate with partners throughout the business to foster a culture where employees and other stakeholders feel a sense of belonging and feel valued for their unique contributions.
